Can I use the pizza stone in my kitchen oven?
Yes. The stone works in a normal kitchen oven too. It is made for the Charlie, where it reaches 375 to 400°C (705 to 750°F) and bakes a pizza in about 3 minutes, so a kitchen oven will take longer and the base will be a little less blistered.
