What do Charlie accessories do?
Every Charlie comes with two cooking racks. Accessories add more levels and new ways to cook, from searing and grilling near the fire to roasting and baking further up. All of them work in all three Charlie ovens, apart from the Professional's own racks.

Charlie accessories FAQs
Will these accessories fit my Charlie?
Yes. All accessories work in all three Charlie ovens, as the ovens are the same width. The one exception is the Professional's own cooking racks, which fit only the Professional Charlie Charcoal Oven.
How many racks can I use at once?
The Charlie Charcoal Oven and the Professional have nine rack positions, and the Cheeky Charlie Tabletop Oven has seven. Use as many as the cook needs.
Can they go in the dishwasher?
All steel accessories and the tongs are dishwasher safe, apart from the Professional's racks, which are too long to fit. Never use soap on a pizza stone: brush it off once cool.
What warranty do accessories have?
For home use, steel accessories and tongs have five years, covers three years and pizza stones two years.
When will my accessories arrive?
In 3 to 5 working days by courier. If you order them with an oven, they arrive with the oven.
