Every Charlie is a charcoal oven that does the work of a grill, a smoker, a roasting oven and a pizza oven in one. Each one is handmade in Britain from heavy gauge steel, finished in a weatherproof colour of your choice, and built to hold a steady heat for hours on a single load of charcoal. Grill, roast, smoke and bake outside all year round.

There are three charcoal ovens to choose from. The Cheeky Charlie tabletop oven is the compact model for patios, balconies and smaller gardens. The Charlie Charcoal Oven is the original full size oven for the home cook who wants to do everything over fire. The Professional charcoal oven is our commercial model for restaurants and busy kitchens, built from thicker steel with room for full size gastro pans.
