Charcoal ovens
Every Charlie is a charcoal oven: a live charcoal fire inside a closed, insulated oven. You set the temperature with the vents, so one oven grills, roasts, smokes and bakes pizza. Each one is handmade in Britain from 100% stainless steel, finished in a weatherproof colour of your choice, and holds a steady heat for hours on one load of charcoal.
There are three charcoal ovens to choose from. The Cheeky Charlie Tabletop Oven is the compact model for patios, balconies and smaller gardens. The Charlie Charcoal Oven is the original full-size oven for home cooks. The Professional Charlie Charcoal Oven is built for restaurants and busy kitchens, from thicker steel with room for full size gastro pans.
