Shipping policy

 

Charlie comes fully assembled as a single unit, on locking castors, ready to roll into place in your lovely outdoor space, across a flat, hard, weight-bearing surface.

Economy pallet delivery - the oven will be strapped to a pallet, kerb-side outside the delivery address, if within mainland GB.  The delivery will take 2-4 days to arrive. The service doesn't include a specified time or day.  

If you wish to specify the day and time for pallet delivery, then contact us at charlie@charlieoven.com, and we will find out and let you know the extra charge for this service.

For an additional £500, you can specify “installed delivery,” where the oven will be installed in your ground-floor outdoor space if you live within mainland GB. Please note that it cannot be taken up and down flights of stairs and is not suitable for use on balconies. This service is for ground floor moving only. 

Manufacture and delivery will be within 3-4 weeks from the date you place your order.  If the colour you order is in stock, delivery will be within 10 days.

If you are ordering outside mainland GB, we offer standard rates to some countries. For other countries please contact us at charlie@charlieoven.com for a quote and a shipping timeframe. We ship worldwide.  

Indicative prices for international shipping (please note the cost varies based on the market rate at the time of order):

USA - £1400 6–10 days airfreight.

Mainland EU - £400 4-6 days land-freight.
