FIVE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of 5 years from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer. During the warranty period, the manufacturer agrees, at its option, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge, except for fees for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance, which are the responsibility of the customer. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase, as confirmed by the original dated sales receipt. The manufacturer uses components, surface treatments, and materials designed to live outdoors year-round and resist rusting and weathering, including high-temperature powder coat paint on exterior metal surfaces. However, these surfaces can be scratched or dented and may subsequently rust. Certain chemicals and conditions, including fertilisers, pesticides, chlorine (including from pools or hot tubs), and salt, can corrode powder-coated and metal finishes. Accordingly, the warranty on metal and stainless steel components does not cover rust, oxidation, fading, or other blemishes unless these conditions cause the affected parts to cease functioning or lose structural integrity. This warranty does not include any condition resulting from anything other than ordinary wear or from uses for which the product was not intended, such as rental, contract trade, or commercial use; incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care; misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents; dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse; normal wear and tear; damage incurred by the user during assembly or maintenance; alterations, modifications, or the use of non-standard components; used or previously displayed items; seals and gaskets; or accessories and instruments beyond one year. The warranty also excludes damage caused by severe weather conditions such as hail, acid rain, hurricanes, earthquakes, wildfires, tsunamis or storm surges, tornadoes, severe storms, and other environmental factors, as well as heat and/or smoke tarnishing to painted or coated surfaces. The company makes no express warranty or condition, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. For consumer transactions, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify, but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product to the purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer with the manufacturer. Please retain invoices for a minimum of 5 years for warranty purposes. CLAIM PROCEDURES: Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 years from the invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received. Claims should be sent by email to the manufacturer and accompanied by supporting evidence and documentation. Any returned merchandise for warranty claims must be packed in the original packaging. The manufacturer reserves the right to specify that postable items be returned to the factory for inspection or be inspected by its representative in the field. Photographs are required to support claims for defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced, or a credit will be issued. It is the company’s policy to repair or replace parts whenever possible.
