Weekend of Latin Fire Cooking and Sourdough Baking in Cornwall
Experience a Culinary Adventure Like No Other
Enjoy a weekend of Latin fire cooking with recipes from Spain and Latin America, paired with the art of sourdough bread-making, guided by Cornwall's renowned Gorse Bakery.
(Prices are per person, based on two people sharing, e.g., a twin room @£800 per person = £1600 per room).
Day tickets are available without accommodation.
You'll stay in luxury at Tresillian House in Cornwall, one of Rick Stein's favourite places to stay. This weekend is perfect for food lovers and fire cooking enthusiasts, and it's suitable for everyone. Choose from twin, double, and deluxe double rooms, all with ensuite facilities. Alternatively, join us as a day guest.

- Arrival: Guests arrive from 4 pm

Meet Your Hosts
Jonny and Alan, both ex-Londoners with a rich background in hospitality, will be your hosts. Jonny has opened restaurants for Mark Hix, managed The Groucho Club restaurants, and opened Tapas Brindisa in Borough Market. Together, they bring their vast experience to create a memorable weekend.
