Sustainable Charcoal and Wood Chunks

The fuel you cook with matters more than most people realise. Good charcoal gives you cleaner combustion, steadier temperatures, better flavour, and a far more enjoyable cooking experience from the moment you light the fire.

We only offer lump charcoal and smoking woods we have tested extensively in the Charlie Oven and know perform brilliantly. Whether you are cooking pizzas at high heat, grilling over live fire, roasting slowly over several hours, or adding gentle layers of smoke flavour, these are fuels chosen for the way they burn, respond, and cook in a Charlie.

Our collection includes high-quality lump charcoal made from sustainably sourced hardwoods along with natural wood chunks for hot smoking.

No fillers, additives, or briquettes. Just natural fuel that lights well, burns cleanly, and helps your Charlie perform at its best.
