    The Charlie Sink Cabinet is more than just a sink unit. It’s the cleaning and prep centre of your modular outdoor kitchen setup, built to handle washing, rinsing and food preparation in one seriously well-made, 100% stainless steel, powder coated cabinet.

    Choose from a permanently plumbed version for a fully integrated outdoor kitchen or a flexible garden hose model that connects in minutes and collects wastewater in a removable waste tank. Whether you’re creating a fixed installation or a more adaptable setup, the sink cabinet delivers the convenience of running water wherever you cook outdoors.

    Use it on its own as a standalone wash station, or pair it with your Charlie Oven and other modular cabinets to create your ideal outdoor kitchen layout. Position it alongside your oven for a practical prep-and-clean-up zone, or incorporate it into a larger configuration tailored to the way you cook and entertain.

    Lay our stainless steel Sink Worktop Cover over the sink when you’re not using it and you get extra worktop for prep and serving. It keeps rain and leaves out too.

    Installation Guide

    Your cabinet arrives fully assembled. Simply wheel it into position and lock the front castors.

    A hose pipe with the correct standard push fitting will need to be connected to the internal fittings inside the unit. Simply feed the hose pipe through the base of the unit and connect it to the fitting.

    Fit the supplied rubber bumpers onto any sides where another unit will touch. It is recommended to place these near the tops of the units and the bottoms of the units to prevent damage.

    Ensure the cabinet is placed on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight and any appliances or accessories installed within or on top of it.

    Where multiple cabinets are installed together, align and secure them in accordance with the assembly instructions provided.

    This cabinet is designed for outdoor use and is manufactured using materials and finishes selected to withstand year-round exposure to the elements. Regular cleaning and maintenance will help preserve its appearance and performance over time.

    Care Guide

    Wipe down the exterior with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive sponges on the painted surfaces, as they can damage the finish.
