How Charlie Works
From 100°C to 400°C — grill, roast, smoke, and bake. All with real charcoal flavour and the kind of temperature control most outdoor cooks only dream about.
Ready in 20 minutes
Place a small pile of lumpwood charcoal over a natural firelighter. Light it, open both vents, close the door and leave it. No chimney starter needed.
Dial in your temperature
Control heat with the top and bottom air vents. As you approach your target, close the vents to around 25mm and it holds there for hours.
Everything, all at once
9 rack levels. Grill over coals, roast a whole leg of lamb, bake three pizzas in three minutes, or smoke low and slow. One load lasts up to 6 hours.
