He's back to host another masterclass.  Andrew hosted his first Charlie Oven masterclass last October.  We're thrilled to have him back! With 25 years in hospitality as a chef and restaurateur, Acme Fire Cult.

In this masterclass, Chef Andrew Clarke unveils a series of signature recipes tailored specifically for the Charlie Oven. These dishes reflect his philosophy of simplicity paired with the highest quality of ingredients, resulting in flavours that speak for themselves. Each recipe is crafted to demonstrate the dynamic range of the Charlie Oven, from delicate fish that flake to perfection to hearty vegetables that develop complex flavours. Clarke's masterclass is not just a lesson in cooking, but an inspiration to create and a challenge to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
