Charcoal and wood-fired fish and seafood cookery with MasterChef Professional finalist, Bart Van Der Lee. Learn about how to take beautiful, simple ingredients and turn them into magical, memorable dishes. Bart will demonstrate and explain how to combine and balance ingredients and how to harness the alchemy of charcoal and wood-fired cooking in the Charlie Oven. You will join Bart - hands-on - in preparing, cooking and dressing the dishes. These dishes will focus on fish and seafood but will also teach you how to create great vegetables, sauces, salads, dressings and desserts to create amazing meals. Oh ... and then we will all sit down to enjoy what we've cooked. It's an opportunity to learn from a master with dishes and techniques you can easily recreate at home. Watch this space for the final menu for the day.
