Join us for a festive masterclass to create some incredible dishes for the holiday season.  Chef Chris Mackett will lead a hands-on class, cooking up some delectable delights perfect to celebrate Christmas.

We're delighted to be working with Chef Chris Mackett, ex-Head Development Chef at the Hand and Flowers, Marlow, the famous double Michelin-starred pub.  Chris spent 16 years working with Tom Kerridge.  
The menu will be a real seasonal celebration, to enjoy either on Christmas day, or as a special meal during the festive period.  We're going much bigger and bolder than the traditional turkey.  This will be a feast of luxurious ingredients cooked over fire in the Charlie Oven.
This will be a hands-on class, starting with coffee and pastries upon arrival, then it's time to cook with Chris.  We'll round the day off with a sumptuous feast of everything you've cooked, with delicious wines and beer.

~Canapés~
Bloody Mary Carabineros (red prawns with an amazing depth of flavour and stunning colour)
Black truffle, wild boar and Baron Bigod cheese pizza
~Starter~
Baked Xxl Orkney Scallops, English sparkling wine and smoked farmhouse butter sauce, and Sturia caviar
~Main~
Coffee-marinated Cotswold venison loin, maple syrup, bacon roast pumpkin, jus, toasted pecans, and crispy Cavolo Nero
 
~Dessert~
Christmas pudding clafoutis with mulled pears and brandy chantilly cream
