We're thrilled to have Chef Andrew Clarke, of Acme Fire Cult restaurant, for a masterclass with the Charlie Oven.  Andrew is an award-winning chef, mental health advocate and live-fire veteran.  With 25 years in hospitality as a chef and restaurateur, he is known for his previous restaurants; Brunswick House and St Leonards.

Andrew's restaurant, Acme Fire Cult, takes the concept of BBQ in a revolutionary direction, with vegetables shining at the forefront, and an ingenious combination of food and drink elements like yeast, spent grain, and ancho chilies adding to the flavors of their famous beers. Cooking everything over fire in its outdoor kitchen. The restaurant stands out from other ‘barbecue’ restaurants by leading with vegetables and focussing on a zero-waste through innovative use of by-products. 

Andrew has two of our professional Charlie ovens at his restaurant in Dalston. 

Join us to learn how to make some Acme Fire Cult Classics and some specially developed recipes for the Charlie Oven.  We're incredibly lucky to have Andrew for this special event.

This will be a hands-on class with a two-course meal with drinks.
