    Charlie requires roughly half a football of charcoal or 700 grams to heat the oven for 4-6 hours depending on ventilation. Temperature can be set and held steady anywhere between 80°C and 400°C. The Professional oven only requires standard commercial ventilation making it easy to include in any kitchen.
