    Get stuck into the world of bread baking with this fun, hands-on class! You’ll learn the basics of baking and make a selection of amazing breads from around the world. Think challah, babka, Turkish bread, khachapuri, or Spanish pan – the final line-up will be decided before the class. And, you'll learn how to bake with the Charlie Oven. 

    Your teacher will be Jay Porter, a master baker and fire-cooking expert. Jay’s super relaxed teaching style is perfect whether you’re a total beginner or a confident baker looking to learn something new.

    We’ll keep you fuelled with freshly baked pizzas and grilled veggies for lunch, and you’ll head home with your own baked masterpieces by the end of the day!

    Fantastic weekend at Tresillion House in Newquay Cornwall. Very well organised hands on event with guest chef Andrew Clark showing us new cooking techniques and food combinations with some amazing top quality ingredients. Thank you Charlie Ovens for organising this event, I would go back tomorrow and highly recommend this to anyone else looking to improve there outdoor cooking skills.
