Jay has a real understanding of Spanish ingredients, bread making and the relaxed way food is cooked and shared. Her teaching is friendly, practical, and enjoyable whether you are a complete beginner or already confident in the kitchen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBetween cooking sessions, there will be time to explore the gardens, go for a walk, enjoy a glass of wine or book a massage during your stay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eThe food\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBrindisa ingredients will run through the weekend, from the first pintxos on Thursday evening to Saturday’s Spanish lunch. We will cook with Spanish chorizo, charcuterie, beans, peppers, rice, olive oil and other carefully sourced ingredients.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSouth American inspiration will bring freshness and contrast, with citrus marinades, pineapple sauce, green vinaigrette and coffee, maple and lime dressing served alongside food cooked over fire.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eTime to relax\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cooking sessions are carefully spaced, so the weekend never feels rushed.
